PERFECTECH INTL<00765> - Reposted interim report

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Perfectech International
Holdings Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"The interim report of Perfectech International Holdings Limited for the 
six months ended 30th June, 2006 is reposted on the website of The Stock 
Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Save as the inclusion of page 21, 
containing the content of Management Discussion and Analysis, which was 
already included in printed version, the reposted version is the same as 
the previously published version."
